- What do I get from the "Lite" plan?
- You are receiving "credits" for each plan. If you are subscribed to the "Lite" plan, you will receive two new credits, that you can use to access any deal, each month. One deal = one credit.
- What do I get from the "Scale" plan?
- You are receiving "credits" for each plan. If you are subscribed to the "Scale" plan, you will receive one new credit each month, that you can use to access any category and all deals from the chosen category. If we add a new deal you don't have to do anything, our systems will automatically add it to your account. One category (all deals in that category) = one credit.
- What do I get from the "Pro" plan?
- All deals. All categories. All new deals. All new categories. No limits.
- Can I use one subscription for more than one company/business?
- No. One subscription is for one company/business. If you want to use the deals for other companies/businesses, you need to create a new account (when you are logged in, you can see a section "Accounts" and from there you can create a new account. We created this so you don't have to create another user with a different email, but instead, you can have one user and have/be a part of multiple accounts).
- Are the deals legit?
- Yes, all deals are provided to us by our partner's sales teams.
- Are there any rules on who can use a deal?
- Sometimes. Some of our partners have rules, others - don't. So please read carefully and decide if you are eligible to use a certain deal.
- Who makes the rules for the deals?
- Our partners.
- Can I get a refund?
- Depends. If you just purchased a subscription but you haven't spent any credits, we can offer a refund. Please contact our support team. "Pro" plan users can't receive a refund because they immediately can get access to all deals.
